According to Wikipedia Healing (literally meaning to make whole) is the process of the restoration of health from an unbalanced, diseased or damaged organism. The result of healing can be a cure to a health challenge, but one can heal without being cured.
If you read the above definition carefully, you will notice the words like unbalanced, diseased, healing and cured.

All these words indicated the health condition which is not balanced, which is not at ease. Healing implies to get you restore your balanced and total at ease health condition.

The two main words in above definition are healing and curing. It is clearly stated in the definition that healing and curing are two different states of the healthy presence of being.

Curing occurs only on a physical level. If a person suffers from a disease, he is not healthy at a physical level. After medication, he recovers his health and he is cured. But that does not necessarily mean that he is healed.

Physical symptoms can be cured by proper medication, rest and care.

Healing is a totally different concept in context to the definition of a healthy person. Healing occurs on a physical, mental and emotional level of a being.

Healing occurs on a mental, emotional spiritual level which effects all over physical health.

All beings exist on different levels of existence. As we all know that we have more than a physical body. We all have in total 7 layers of our existence, we call it Aura.

Health is also closely related to the Chakra System, not only human beings but animals also have chakra system. Our overall health depends on the healthy Chakra system.

Though Mooladhar or root chakra is linked to the physical health of a person, any imbalance in one of the chakra affects the health of the other chakras as well.

Medication can cure a physical symptom and to an extent mental health, but it fails to heal when it comes to emotional health. On the contrary, no one can deny that medications as its own side effects and sometimes it gives rise to another health problem.
