You must be surprised by reading the heading of this blog post, do you? Generally, we use the term meditation for diving deep in the ocean of peace, balance, and tranquility.
But meditation can be used for anything, to achieve whatever your heart desires. Meditation is a process of concentration on breaths, and focus on your heart’s desire and guide your subconscious through the process of meditation.
Meditation helps to achieve your goals faster, as you concentrate all your energies first on your breaths, then on the goal and then guiding your energies to your subconscious mind.
Chakras and Abundance
Before we start our meditation, it’s important to know that balanced Chakras are important to have a healthy life. Health on all levels physical, mental, emotional, and even financial.
The two chakras that are primarily related to abundance and prosperity are the root chakra and the solar plexus chakra.
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine and is associated with grounding, stability, and security. It is through this chakra that we establish a sense of safety and security in our lives, which is essential for abundance and prosperity.

The solar plexus chakra, located in the upper abdomen, is associated with personal power, confidence, and self-worth. When this chakra is balanced, we feel empowered to pursue our goals and dreams with confidence, which is crucial for achieving abundance and prosperity in our lives.
so let’s find out how this process works.
What is Meditation?
According to Wikipedia, “Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness or focusing their mind on a particular object, thought or activity – to train attention and awareness and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.”
It’s clear from the above definition that the base of meditation is mindfulness and focus. If you miss one of it, the sole purpose of meditation will become worthless.
Meditation is to concentrate on your breaths, and be attentive to every breath that you inhale and exhale. Focus on your breaths, this first stage is the most important.
If you are new to meditation, you need to practice for a few days to achieve this stage. when you are not used to concentrating on a symbol or any particular object, your mind wanders and your thoughts can disturb you. You need a bit of practice here.
The easiest way is to concentrate on your breaths, as you can do it at any time and place. You can literally do “Prana Dharana” i.e concentration on breaths, at any place and time. It is nothing but being conscious of your breaths. No need to close your eyes either, if possible it’s best, but you can do without closing your eyes too.
Watch your breaths, as you inhale, track your breath, and the speed, and do abdominal breathing, closely watch whether you are breathing from your stomach or not. You are supposed to breathe from your stomach i.e.every breathe should be deep, and while inhaling you should inhale till your stomach fills with the air, now slowly exhale and keep the focus on your breaths while exhaling.
After 10-15 rounds of “Prana Dharana,” you will find that your breathing rate slows down marginally, and the thought ratio comparatively comes down in your first session of prana Dharana.
When you continue to practice Prana Dharana twice a day, you will be able to achieve a peaceful state of mind, where you can start meditation or “Dhyana”.
Once you get familiar with Prana Dharna and are able to concentrate for a few minutes, then you should practice Dhyana or meditation.
A good Prana Dharna is the prerequisite for Dhyana unless you are comfortable with Prana Dharana, it is better not to practice Dhyana.
All these procedures involve subtle energies of your mind and subconscious, so don’t rush any of these steps.
Dhyana, as the name suggests, is to focus on a particular object like a symbol OM or you can concentrate on Nature like sunrise, or the sound of a waterfall, the chirping of birds, the sound of rain, and so on.
So this is the very beginning of meditation, once you start to practice meditation regularly, you will start feeling deep tranquility in your mind and heart.
As a beginner, you should not practice more than 10 minutes, and it’s enough for Meditation for wealth, Abundance, and Prosperity.
Can We Use Meditation for Abundance?
For sure, you can use meditation for abundance and prosperity. though it is a misconception, that meditation is only used for achieving salvation and spiritual purpose.
As we discussed above, meditation is diving deep into your mind and subconscious. It’s the easiest way to reach your subconscious.
You can access your subconscious best during meditation. Once you learn this technique of reaching your subconscious through meditation, achieving your goals, will be much more easier for you.
Not to forget that you should access your subconscious mind only for good, ethical, and moral goals.
Subconscious mind and Manifestation
There are several techniques of manifestation and you can try each one at a time or if you are comfortable with manifestation techniques, you can experiment with more than one at a time.
Like for some, affirmations work best, for some Swithchwords work best, Simple technique of Water Manifestation works wonders for some.
If you observe, all these manifestation techniques are nothing but different ways to connect with the subconscious mind.
The role of the Subconscious mind in manifestation is undeniable, the Subconscious mind helps us tremendously to manifest our heart’s desire.
Meditation is one of the best methods to connect with your subconscious mind. It is well-known fact that you can effectively guide your subconscious mind in a sleepy mode, i.e when you are about to sleep, in half sleep state, that is the best time to convey your wish or message to your subconscious mind.
Likewise, you enter a semi-conscious mode in a meditative step, guiding your subconscious mind by giving proper instructions, which you want to manifest in your life. practice this daily and you will see that your goals and desires turn into reality.

You can practice this meditation only after you get familiar with Pran Dharana and Dhyana(meditation).

We are also going to use another very popular tool for manifestation- affirmations. Affirmations for Money can be included in this meditation. You can use the affirmations that I have chosen, or feel free to use any of the affirmations which you feel comfortable and align with.

Choose any of these affirmations, to meditate with, choose only one at a time!
Set aside 10 to 20 minutes for meditation. You need to follow these steps very gently, do not rush any of these steps.
Sit comfortably in Lotus Mudra or lie down, and cover your body with a lite bedsheet or so.
First, start with Prana Dharana for 5 minutes or till you get totally relaxed. If you are familiar with Yoga Nidra, well and good. In Yoga Nidra also, the same technique is used where mindfulness and focus are combined to get a beautiful result of manifestation.
Once you are totally relaxed after doing Prana Dharna, and in a semi-conscious state, or a little sleepy, You first need to cleanse your aura and thinking pattern, if any negativity relating to money is embedded in your psychic, needs to clear first.
visualize Golden Pyramid Symbol or any symbol which helps you to clear any negativity. Reiki students additionally can activate Reiki to cleanse all the negativity.
Visualize Golden Pyramid Symbol rotating on its axis, and moving clockwise around your aura, absorbing all the negativity for 5 minutes.
visualize Dollar Symbol or Manifestation Symbol or any other symbol related to money. Focus your attention on the symbol for a few minutes.

Once you start feeling the vibration of the symbol, Visualize the Manifestation symbol over Root or Mooladhara Chakra. Give Money Reiki to Root Chakra, for 5 minutes or guided to. Establish a Manifestation symbol by intoning its name thrice. Seal the energies by intoning Cho Ku Rei thrice.
Now say the affirmation thrice.
Visualize the Manifestation symbol over the Sacral or Swadhisthan Chakra. Give Money Reiki to Sacral Chakra, for 5 minutes or guided to. Establish Manifestation symbol by intoning its name thrice. Seal the energies by intoning Cho Ku Rei thrice.
Now say the affirmation thrice.
Move on to Solar Plexus/ Manipura Chakra. As the name suggests – it is a powerful chakra for money-related problems.
Visualize the Manifestation symbol over Manipura Chakra, and give Money Reiki Healing to Manipura Chakra for 5 minutes. Establish Manifestation symbol on Solar plexus by intoning its name thrice. Seal the energies by intoning CKR thrice.
Now Say the selected affirmation thrice on Solar Plexus.
Visualize Manifestation symbol over Heart/Anahata Chakra, give Money Reiki Healing to Heart Chakra for 5 minutes. Establish Manifestation symbol on Heart Chakra by intoning its name thrice. Seal the energies by intoning CKR thrice.
Now Say the selected affirmation thrice on Heart Chakra.
Visualize Manifestation symbol over Third Eye/Agnya Chakra, give Money Reiki Healing to Third Eye Chakra for 5 minutes. Establish Manifestation symbol on Third Eye Chakra by intoning its name thrice. Seal the energies by intoning CKR thrice.
Now Say the selected affirmation thrice on Third Eye Chakra.
Now slowly open your eyes, thank Reiki and all Higher Energies and ask them to bestow Abundance & Prosperity over you.
Sit for a few moments feeling and recording all the sensations or any guidance received in the form of colour, visuals, scents.
You can repeat this meditation once or twice a week at a beginner state, once you are familiar with the process, you can meditate it daily.

Awesome post! Reminds me that I need to step up my meditation. I seem to dip in and out of it; I’ll be good for a while and do it every day and then I slip. The thing is, my whole world is a better place when I do do it often: I can think more clearly and have the imagination and drive to achieve anything I desire, so I’ve no idea why I just don’t push myself to carry on. I think sometimes that it’s because the higher I go, the less I have in common with the my family and friends who don’t meditate, and so I feel I need to keep myself at their level (I mean this in the nicest possible way). It’s hard, do you understand what I mean? And what would be your advice on that?
