  1. Bergamot is one of my favorite essential oils. It’s really good when you have had a rough day and need to unwind. It’s one of those essential oils that calms me down instantly. I mix it with lavender and sometimes vetiver.

I was just curious what do you find bergamot mixes good with?

Are there any other essential oils you find to be good for grounding?

    • Bergamot is good to mix with most of the essential oils. It’s hard to think of an oil that doesn’t blend well with Bergamot, but, for a short list: Black Pepper, Clary Sage, Cypress, Frankincense, Geranium, Helichrysum, Jasmine, Lavenders, Nutmeg, Rosemary, Sandalwood, Vetiver, Ylang-ylang.

For grounding, you can use any of the following: Vetiver, Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Frankincense, Myrrh, Patchouli, Black Spruce.
