Visualization is one of the most important tools in manifestation.  The best time to visualize is no doubt before going to bed. Our conscious mind and subconscious mind plays a huge role in our daily lives.  The conscious mind tries its best to filter every information and safeguard us from any danger. The subconscious mind, on the other hand, is not logical and does not understand the difference between real and unreal.  It obeys the instruction to the fullest. So if you want to manifest anything in your life, it is best to visualize when you are about to sleep.  Let me explain how it works. When you sleep your conscious mind is not working, that time subconscious mind takes over.

So if you want to connect with your subconscious mind, visualization at bedtime is best as you pass your wish to the subconscious mind and now the whole night subconscious mind tries to manifest in reality.  Not to forget out subconscious mind rules 90% of our life. So once you handover the information successfully, it will manifest in your life sooner or later.

Things To Do Before Bed To Manifest

Isn’t it amazing that you can manifest while you are asleep?  I find it fascinating and amazed how simply we can manifest our dreams.  

The first thing to remember is that you will not get the result overnight. As I mentioned above you need to convey the message successfully to your subconscious mind. And if you are new to these things, it will take time.  But if you are familiar with how the subconscious mind works, half the work is done. 

  1. Get Into A High Vibrational Place

If you are trying to manifest your heart’s desire while sleeping, it is important to get in a high vibrational state.  Turn off all electronic gadgets at least half an hour before going to bed. Now relax and get into a meditative state.

Think about your heart’s desire you want to manifest, you can put candles and some soothing music if you want.  Keep flowers like Jasmine or any of your favorite.

By doing this we try to create a soothing ambiance where your mind & body get relaxed.  Or you can do what you love or write journaling.

  1.  Write in journal

Journaling is the best method to jot down all your feelings and emotions, with pen & paper.  In today’s world when we all of our activity are around a laptop, pcs, tablets and so on. But if you write down in a diary or any paper with a pen,  you will come to know the difference.

What to write in a journal?

You can write down anything literally.  The basic intention of journaling is to get rid of anything negative emotions you have come across during the day or to say thank you to the universe and almighty.

You can start by writing 5 best things happened to you that day.

5 things to be grateful for 

What are you most excited to manifest in your life? Why?

What thoughts/feelings did you find yourself focusing on today that doesn’t support your vision/highest self?

What thoughts/feelings could you focus on more often to better align with your desires/highest self?

What action can you take tomorrow to make your dreams a reality?

3.  The last step is about visualizing as if it is happening at present

Now begins the real visualization part.  Lay down in bed, close your eyes and visualize everything that you want to manifest in your world.  Visualize as if it is happening in the present. You can go into detail if you want but it is not mandatory.

This way you are imprinting these feelings on your subconscious mind.  Once it gets imprinted your subconscious mind tries to make it a reality.  The subconscious mind does not understand the difference between the past or the 

Present.  It only obeys the instruction it gets.  So while you are asleep, your subconscious mind works continuously to fulfill your dreams.

In sleep, not only our body rests but also rejuvenates it. But we can use this time to guide our subconscious mind to work on a certain project. 

So, in reality, we have two powerful energies – conscious and subconscious mind.  During day time we consciously work on our dream projects and while going to bed we can safely pass on our dreams to the subconscious mind.  

Now during this time, subconscious minds work relentlessly, to make it a reality.

Human existence is full of astonishing things.  It always amazes me how wonderfully we have been created with all these powerful tools.  Every human being is such a powerful source with its conscious and subconscious mind.

If we understand how the subconscious mind works, it will be much more to manifest our wishes with great success.

The subconscious mind is more powerful than a subconscious mind.  It holds 90% of mental power in it. The subconscious mind works as per guided without any fail, so one should be careful while passing information to the subconscious mind.

With the above technique of manifesting while asleep, anyone can easily manifest our heart’s desire.  

First, you need to create a soothing atmosphere, turn off the electrics before going to bed thus making it more sensitive to the information it is going to receive.  You can put some light music and candles to relax.  

If you wish you can do some yoga exercise for 10 minutes and then journalize the daily events on a paper with pen.  

You can start with writing 5 things you are grateful for or the best things that happened to you.  In short, you can pour your heart while journaling.

When you put the things in the paper through journalizing, it relaxes you.and as you continue to write your feelings and emotions daily, it will be easy to evaluate your growth and progress over a period.

Subconscious works in very strange ways.  It may connect with you through your dreams, many times you get a message in your dreams.  

You will also notice synchronicities in your life and you will be guided in the strangest ways.
