As we all know one negative thought is more powerful than 10 positive thoughts, as we put our energy in that negative thought instead of positive thought.

We feed this negative thought with fear, anxiety, as a result, we feel hopeless.  Power Thought or positive affirmation, on the other hand, gives hope, faith, a joy to the whole situation.

Connection Between Thoughts & Sub-conscious Mind

It is clear that our thoughts, be positive or negative works as a strong force in our lives and these thoughts can change our reality or life in a positive or negative way.  It is important to consciously choose our thoughts.

Our Thoughts slowly get penetrated in our Subconscious mind and our subconscious mind tries every possible way to turn it into reality.

Our subconscious mind rules our life 90%, though most of us are unaware of the fact.  The human mind is a puzzle in itself, having tremendous power.

  • The subconscious mind rules our lives by almost 90%.
  • The subconscious mind needs repetition.
  • Symbols, colours, and visualization are the languages of the subconscious mind.
  • It cannot distinguish between real and unreal.
  • It follows thoughts like a loyal servant.  Whatever you demand, it obeys.
  • It does not understand the word no or not for eg. if you say “Do Not think about blue colour.”  It will omit “not” word, and take the instruction as “Do think about blue colour”.  It happens with all of us, if you repeat this sentence in your mind, immediately you start thinking about blue colour.
  • Even if you are thinking of thought repeatedly, which is not a reality, your subconscious mind will try to fill the gap between the two situations and try its best to make it a reality.

How To Penetrate A Positive Affirmation In Sub-Conscious Mind?

When we choose a positive thought or affirmation to overcome any situation, we start to give direction to our subconscious mind.

Repetition is the best way to convey your message to your subconscious mind.   Remember how we learned a bicycle?  Only through repetition.

If you want to learn a thing, practice it again & again.   Once the instructions reach the subconscious mind, it goes on auto-pilot.  Then you do not need to consciously practice it.

Visualization, or imagining your heart’s desire in detail, can be another way to convey your wish to the subconscious mind. Images, pictures, symbols get easily registered in it.

Saying affirmations first and the last thing in the day also helps a lot as it gives guidance to your subconscious mind.  Also, at both these times, when you are almost in a trans like situation, the conscious mind has less control over your thinking pattern.  Trans state is the best option if you want anything to your subconscious mind.

Write your affirmations daily for as many times as possible, starting with 27 x 3.  writing is effective as many parts of your brain get activated when you see, write and focus your attention on writing an affirmation.

Saying it aloud or singing an affirmation also a nice way.

Gratitude is the ultimate state of being thankful, that raises your vibration to the most.  Once your vibration is up, manifesting becomes very easy.

One thing you must remember, that even if you have a very little, that you want to manifest, first be thankful for what you have in life.  Gratitude Grows Into Multitude, always remember this and be grateful for what you want to manifest in life.

So be grateful for what you have and what you want to manifest in life, and in a short time yo will manifest your heart’s desire in 3d reality.
